For over 30 years, Closet City Ltd. has been delivering custom closets, storage solutions and award-winning designs to hundreds of customers along the Philadelphia Main Line and surrounding tri-state area. With the launch of their new website, Closet City was looking to elevate their branding and social media presence to captivate a new set of customers. Through streamlined brand awareness, beautifully-chosen photography and a refreshed look, Closet City was able to transform from a custom closet business into a budding source of beauty and inspiration.

Social Media Marketing
Closet City's social graphics heavily rely on inspirational imagery, showcasing custom storage solutions within beautiful homes. Sprinkling in the occasional organizing hack or intriguing quote helps break up the content and allows for a different kind of follower engagement.
Instagram vs. Facebook
Facebook and Instagram are two entirely different beasts. It is important to acknowledge the differences in audiences across each platform.

On Instagram, carousel images have an average engagement rate per post of 1.92%, compared to 1.74% for static images and 1.45% for videos (source). This percentage may seem tiny, but when hundreds or even thousands of eyes are passing by your posts, every engagement counts. The viewer can swipe left and right to see the murphy bed open and closed.

Instead of uploading multiple images, we implemented an animated video on Facebook. Videos are auto-played as a viewer scrolls through their newsfeed and are more likely to be shared than a post containing multiple images.

Stories and Highlights

Stories are quick snapshots that stay active on your page for only 24 hours. These stories can then be categorized into specific highlights that will remain along the top of our Instagram profile. These story graphics are tied to posts and have added graphics and text to provide context.

When it comes to creating moodboards and finding inspiration, Pinterest is king. Closet City posted links to blog posts and informational graphics to give pinners organization ideas and a place to start.
Design
Digital BrochureWe created an extensive digital PDF, available to download on Closet City's website. This digital brochure showcases a glamourous and intensive look into all of the services that Closet City has to offer. We also created a beautiful print version of this brochure as well to give out to special clients and contractors.
